Shriya For Makeup sells digital courses and e-books that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once completed.

Erroneous or Duplicate Charges

We want every transaction to be fair. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged in error, or your course did not unlock after a successful payment, email hello@shriyaformakeup.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment details. Confirmed erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Because courses unlock instantly at the moment of payment, there is no window to cancel a completed purchase. If a payment is pending or has failed, no charge is captured and no cancellation is needed.
